Thomas Kuchler

Thomas Kuchler has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Senior Consultant in Procurement & Supply Chain at Pleyma GmbH. In 2009, they founded and served as CEO of bodyboom GmbH until 2015. Later, they joined Knorr-Bremse in 2011, where they held various roles including Purchasing Controller and Global Category Manager. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Global Category Director of Rubber & Plastics at Knorr-Bremse. In 2018, Thomas Kuchler moved to Kongsberg Automotive and served as Vice President of Purchasing Powertrain & Chassis until 2020. Thomas then transitioned to Vice President of Global Project Purchasing, Cost Engineering & Purchasing Controlling at the same company.

Thomas Kuchler holds a Premium Diploma in Business Administration and Management from The Philipp University of Marburg, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Thomas also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. In 2010 to 2011, they participated in the EXIST scholarship program for Entrepreneurship at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH. Additionally, Thomas Kuchler has obtained certifications, including a Purchasing Controlling Certificate from the Management-Institut / Technische Hochschule Nürnberg in 2013 and a Controlling Certificate from the University of Bayreuth in 2007.
