Carl James Arce

Carl James Arce is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in delivering advanced cybersecurity architectural solutions to federal agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Architect at Koniag Government Services, Carl specializes in various frameworks and methodologies including NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), FedRAMP, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), and others. Previously, Carl held multiple roles at the Defense Information Systems Agency, where responsibilities spanned from cyber security specialist to program manager, overseeing critical mission systems and ensuring the implementation of security measures. Carl's career also includes significant contributions to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist and Information Systems Security Manager, as well as serving in the United States Air Force as a Network Support Technician. Carl holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from American Military University.
