Wayne Garcia

Wayne Garcia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of broadcasting. Wayne started their career at KTIP AM 1450, where they held various positions including DJ, Sports Announcer, Sports Director, News Director, and News Anchor. Wayne then joined KMJ as an Afternoon Drive Anchor before moving on to work at KJEO TV as an Anchor/Reporter. Wayne then joined KIRO TV as a Reporter/Anchor and later joined KCAL TV in Los Angeles as a Reporter. Wayne further expanded their experience by working at the University of Southern California as an Adjunct Professor. Wayne later joined KPHO - A Meredith Corporation as an Anchor/Reporter before finally joining KPTV Fox 12 Oregon, where they are currently serving as the Director of News Development.

Wayne Garcia attended San Diego State University from 1983 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and Film.
