Trista Kimber, CLDP, SHRM-SCP, CPSP has extensive experience in human resources and training roles. Trista currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Excalibur Homes as the Director of HR and Office Support and as a Human Resources Manager. Trista also served as the Vice President of People & Culture at Averr Aglow Skincare, where they implemented cost-saving measures and increased employee participation in the 401(k) plan. Before that, they held various positions at Hooters of America, including VP of Learning & Organizational Development, Director of Training & Design, Instructional Design Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Bar and Operational Systems Training Specialist, and Training Specialist. Throughout their career, Trista has demonstrated their ability to optimize budgets, enhance team performance, and implement effective training programs.

Trista Kimber, CLDP, SHRM-SCP, CPSP, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University. Trista also holds a Master's degree from Walden University, although the field of study is unspecified. Trista's educational background also includes studies in Marine Sciences at Coastal Carolina University. In addition to their degrees, Trista has obtained numerous certifications, including Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) from the Plan Sponsor Council of America, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Certified Learning & Development Professional from GSDC - Global Skill Development Council. Trista is also a certified Herrmann HBDI® Practitioner and has completed training in Change Management, Leading Teams: A Situational Leadership Approach®, Leading with DiSC®, Situational Coaching®, and Situational Leadership®.
