Chana Jaruwattanasakul

Chana Jaruwattanasakul has a diverse work experience encompassing various industries and roles. Chana began their career in 2003 as an IT & Network Support for the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in Thailand. Chana then moved on to Thomson Reuters, where they worked as a Senior Operations Technical Administrator and later as a Global Operational Assurance Consultant. In 2011, they joined Philips as a Technical Consultant - Healthcare Informatics, managing projects and vendors. Chana then worked at PrimeTime Solution as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing customer support and operational processes. Chana later joined Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. as an Ecommerce Manager and eventually became the Head of Digital Product & Innovation, responsible for managing digital products and leading a team of Product Owners. Most recently, they joined Ever Medical Technologies as the Head Of Product Management, where they oversaw product development, engaged clients and business partners, and developed business solutions. In 2023, Chana will take on the role of Head of Project Management at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL.

Chana Jaruwattanasakul's education history begins with their high school education at Bangkok Christian College, where they obtained their High School Diplomas from 1986 to 1998. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Information Systems from Assumption University, which they completed from 1998 to 2003. Chana went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from DePaul University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Chana has obtained several certifications. They obtained their Investment Consultant License - Plain Product (P1) from the Thailand Securities Institute (TSI), The Stock Exchange of Thailand in March 2020. In 2017, they completed the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Transition Course at ACIS Professional Center. Chana also completed the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Essentials Course offered by Amazon Web Services in 2014.

Other certifications Chana has obtained include the Information Technology Information Library Foundations (ITIL) v.2011, Advanced IT Connectivity & Interoperability, Health Level 7 Protocol Standard (HL7), and VMware vSphere 5.0: Installing and Configuring, all completed in 2012. They also completed the ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS Implementation in 2011 and ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS Lead Auditor (IRCA Reference A17321) in 2010. Additionally, Chana completed the Information Technology Information Library Foundations (ITIL) v.3 in 2010, the Problem Solving & Decision Making Workshop in 2009, and the Information Technology Information Library Foundations (ITIL) v.2 in 2008.
