Marcelo Torres Llamas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Marcelo started their career as the Head of the Evaluation Department at Mexico's President Office in 2008-2009. Marcelo then served as the Head of Citizen Demand Analysis at the same office from 2009-2010. Marcelo's next role was as the Deputy Director at the Cultural Affairs Office for Coyoacan Government from 2010-2012, where they managed administrative functions and provided advice on cultural policies.

In 2010, Marcelo became the CEO of DC Estrategia, where they integrated communication, experiences, and user-based design into brand and institutional actions. Marcelo led a team of over 40 people and defined strategies to help clients meet their objectives. From 2016-2019, Marcelo was the Cofounder and VP for Digital Strategy at Agencia Marte, where they played a key role in making it one of the top 100 agencies in Mexico. Marcelo worked with specialists in digital communication and strategic planning.

Marcelo joined Colegio de Imagen Pública® in 2013 as a Teacher, where they taught courses on public image and coordinated seminars on political image. In 2019, they briefly worked as the Global Head of Business Development at IV.AI, focusing on developing solutions for the Latin American market. Marcelo then took on the role of Regional Director of Business Development at Laboratoria in 2022, where they were responsible for defining revenue goals, maintaining quality standards, and establishing relationships with companies for employment opportunities.

Additionally, Marcelo has served as a Strategic Advisor at Little Bookmates since 2019, collaborating on strategic planning to build a strong brand and promote reading in Mexico. Throughout their career, Marcelo has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Marcelo Torres Llamas obtained a French Bicultural Baccalaureate from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2009, Marcelo pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
