Lisa Foster

Lisa Foster is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in employee and occupational health services. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations for Employee Health at Beth Israel Lahey Health since May 2021, Lisa has also held the position of Director of Employee Health Services at Lahey Health since April 2016. Prior roles include Clinical Director of Employee/Occupational Health Services at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from September 2010 to April 2016 and Director of Occupational Health Services at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from September 2001 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Master of Science in Primary Care Nursing from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston University School of Nursing.
