Tsasha Knower has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various industries. They started their career in 1987 at McDonalds Restaurants Limited as an EUC Support Manager and progressed to the role of restaurant manager. In 2001, they joined Harrods Ltd as a Senior Client Services Analyst and later became a Client Services Team Leader/Project Delivery. In this role, they successfully managed and delivered a Windows 7 project to 4000+ users. They also handled vendor management and contract negotiations for the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure section.

Additionally, they were involved in stakeholder management and change, problem, and incident management at a global level.

Also in 2014, Tsasha briefly worked at John Lewis as a Windows SME in Tablet Implementation before joining Deutsche Bank as a Digital Workspace/Solutions Architect - Projects. At Deutsche Bank, they project-managed the expansion of infrastructure to accommodate additional business requirements and managed the feed of end-user analytics data to external bank systems. They also had experience in engaging with a Worker Council.

Most recently, Tsasha Knower joined Lakeside Software in 2021 as a Customer Success Engineer.

Tsasha Knower attended Kingston University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science. Before attending university, Tsasha went to Walsingham RC School, although information about their degree or field of study is not provided.
