Brendan Kimball has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a Tasting Room Staff at Americana Vineyards Winery and working their way up to Captain at Quince Restaurant and Lead Sommelier at Atelier Crenn. Brendan has held various positions such as Sommelier, Chef Sommelier, and Tasting Room Manager at different establishments. Currently, Brendan serves as a Chef Sommelier at Le Bernardin.
