Inka Helaniemi

Inka Helaniemi has a strong background in HR and consulting roles. Inka currently serves as the Head of People at LeadDesk, where they are responsible for the company's HR strategy and operations in multiple countries. Inka also leads a team of HR and TA specialists and reports directly to the Group CEO. Prior to LeadDesk, they worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting, where they provided HR and talent acquisition expertise to start-up, scale-up, and global corporations. Inka has also held HR Consultant positions at Sanoma, Alma Media, and Nordea. Inka gained experience in HR specialist roles at KONE, where they focused on various HR tasks, and at Bastion Catering Oy, where they handled HR administration, recruitment, and social media management. In addition, Inka gained experience in HR coordination roles as a trainee at Cargotec and Orion Corporation. Their responsibilities in these roles included recruiting, employer branding, HR administration, and coordinating various HR activities. Inka's diverse work experience has given their a strong foundation in HR strategy, operations, talent acquisition, and HR administration.

Inka Helaniemi has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. Inka also attended ESSEC Business School, where they studied Business Administration and Management in a general capacity. In their earlier education, Inka obtained a Finnish Matriculation Examination from Helsingin Normaalilyseo. Additionally, they have certifications in Aon Assessment and PAPI - Personality Assessments Questionnaire from cut-e an Aon company and Cubiks respectively. The Aon Assessment Certificate was obtained in November 2021, while the PAPI certification was obtained in April 2019.
