Susanne Lövgren has over 20 years of work experience in leadership and business development. Susanne began their professional career in 1988 as a Controller at Optronic. In 1991 they took on the role of Managing Director at Optronic Consult AB, where they were responsible for changing the company culture from making inventions to offering professional and systematic product development work within the field of optoelectronics. Susanne then served as President of Optigrade AB from 1993 to 1997, where they were responsible for establishing an international sales organization. From 1997 to 2001, they served as Chairman of Optigrade, where their responsibility was to grow the company to the point where acquisition by a larger company would be possible. In 2001, they joined The Leadership Institute, BU School of Management as a Consultant and Participant, where they were part of a consulting network with senior executives, behaviourists and strategists. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Consultant for Megaron AB, where they executed marketing projects, recruited personnel, and served as a program manager and project manager. From 2005 onwards, they have been a Leadership Development Coach at both Leadership Management International, Inc. and Leadership Management Sweden, where they have facilitated leadership coaching to more than 600 leaders in a large number of companies.
Susanne Lövgren attended Umeå University from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a BSc in Business Administration and Economics. In 2001 and 2002, they attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University for Executive Education, specializing in Leading in the new economy.
