Andriy Chernyuk has extensive work experience in customer success and services roles. Andriy is currently the Director of Customer Success at LearnWorlds since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Customer Success and Services at Revenue Grid from May 2015 to December 2021.
Before joining Revenue Grid, Andriy worked at InvisibleCRM, where they held the position of Director of Strategic Accounts and Professional Services from July 2012 to May 2015. Andriy was responsible for managing the Professional Services Department and overseeing key development and implementation projects with major US and international companies.
Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Professional Services Account Manager/Consultant at InvisibleCRM from March 2011 to August 2012. In this role, they managed full-scale implementation projects of InvisibleCRM products for major US and European companies.
Andriy's career began at DreamTeam-UA, where they worked as a Project Manager from January 2010 to March 2011. During this time, they managed and led various software development, customization, and implementation projects, including requirements gathering, software design, development management, implementation, and support.
Andriy also gained experience at Softirbis as an IT Specialist, where they were involved in the design, development, customization, and implementation of ERP, MRP, and CRM systems. In this role, they led customization and implementation projects from June 2008 to January 2010. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at Softirbis from June 2005 to June 2008, where they gathered business requirements, developed modules for CRM and ERP applications, and collaborated with customers to document changes.
Andriy Chernyuk completed their Master's degree in IT in Management at the Lviv Academy of Commerce from 2001 to 2006.
