Mike Gibson

Mike has spent his entire career delivering technology to customers. He has held roles in software development, product management, project management, PMO management and numerous executive roles. He has extensive background in data collection, data processing, and data management in various industries including medical technology, finance, insurance, education, and utilities with companies ranging in size from startups to large multinational corporations.

As Chief Technology Officer at Legwork, Mike outlines the company’s tech vision and ensures that technological resources are aligned with business needs. Mike oversees all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, hosting and maintenance of the Legwork software solutions.

Mike is passionate about delivering innovative software solutions that delight customers. His management focus is the maturation of an organization’s people, process, and technology. Balancing the interaction of those three elements drives innovation, quality, and performance.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and doing outdoor activities. He volunteers as a basketball coach for all ages from youth through high school, and is passionate about mentoring youth through coaching, nonprofit opportunities, and church activities.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a Masters in Engineering Management from Washington State University. He also holds management certificates from Stanford University, HEC Paris, and the University of Washington.
