Ed Olson

Ed Olson has held various roles in different companies over the years. From May 2022 until the present, they have worked at Levy Restaurants as the Director of Operations. Prior to that, from August 2018 to May 2022, they served as the Assistant Director of Operations at the same company. In 2015, they were a Chicago Ambassador at Imerman Angels. From January 2017 to August 2018, they worked as a Multi Unit Manager at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, and in August 2016, they briefly held the position of Assistant General Manager at the same company. Lastly, from May 2000 to July 2016, they were the Owner Operator at Zella.

Ed Olson attended Olivet College from 1987 to 1989. Ed then transferred to Western Michigan University and studied there from 1989 to 1991. No degrees or fields of study were specified for either institution.
