Greg Hawkes

Greg Hawkes has a diverse work experience in various human resources and customer service positions. Greg most recently served as the VP of Human Resources at San Benito Shutter. Prior to that, they held similar roles at Lewis Cabinet Specialties and was responsible for managing HR operations and safety. Greg also worked as an HR Recruiter at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC and as an HR & Bookkeeper at Mountain Lofts Rexburg. Additionally, they have experience in customer service, specifically as a Spanish Customer Service representative at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company. Before transitioning into HR roles, Greg worked at Wells Fargo as a Service Manager and Personal Banker, where they achieved notable sales results and customer satisfaction. Greg began their career at Box Elder Credit Union as a Member Service Representative, handling member transactions.

Greg Hawkes, SHRM-CP, PHR completed their Bachelor's degree in International Studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2012 to 2016. In 2018, they pursued Human Resources Management at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Additionally, they studied Portuguese Language and Literature at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2012 and International Ag Business at Utah State University from 2011 to 2012. Greg also holds various certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Greg has also obtained certifications in OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Safety and Health, First Aid, CPR, AED and Bloodborne Pathogen instruction, and advanced Spanish fluency through Duolingo.
