Kat Russell

Kat Russell has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kat is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lighthouse, a cloud-based data intelligence platform for the hospitality industry. Previously, they worked at Productboard as a Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter, where they contributed to the development of a customer-centric product management platform. Prior to that, they were the Lead Recruiter & People Operations at Ombud and a Recruiter/People Operations professional at Thanx, where they helped merchants build relationships with their best customers. Kat also held positions at Ultimate Staffing as a Business Solutions Specialist, Career Strategies as a Recruiter, and Twin Liquors as a Wine Sales Specialist.

Kat Russell earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Texas State University, completing their education from 2008 to 2012.
