Vincent Houle

Vincent Houle has a wealth of experience in the consulting and benefits industry. From 2002-2005, they worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Dentaide, then moved to Croix Bleue Medavie as a Rate Analyst from 2004-2005. Vincent then joined Aon Hewitt in 2005 as an Assistant Consultant, and was promoted to Benefit Services Manager, Project Manager, and Retirement Plan Administration Consultant from 2012-2016. In 2016, they joined Linea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Associate Principal Consultant. In this role, they have acted as a project advisor, providing strategic advice to clients, leading procurement activities for new Pension Administration software, and acting as a Senior project manager for implementations. Vincent has also been the Business Development Lead for the VP of business development in Canada.

Vincent Houle obtained their DEC in Science Pure from Vanier College between 2001 and 2003. Vincent then went on to Concordia University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science between 2003 and 2006. In 2017, they received a Certification in Change Management from Prosci. In 2018, they obtained a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Vincent also attended RVRHS.
