Sarah Earl

Sarah Earl has extensive experience in human resources and compensation and benefits management. Sarah currently holds the position of Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Link Logistics Real Estate, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director and Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at the Chicago Cubs from 2019 to 2022.

Before their time with the Chicago Cubs, Sarah was the Senior Manager of Compensation & HRIS at Morton Buildings, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on strategic compensation plan design and implementation. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Global Compensation & Benefits Director at Maui Jim, overseeing global benefits programs and compliance.
