Meghan McGinley Crowe

Meghan McGinley Crowe has an extensive work experience in the field of early childhood education and program development. Meghan started their career at Little Sprouts, LLC in 2003, where they held various roles including Director of Career Success and Training, Director of Research and Development, and Director of Education and Literacy. During their time at Little Sprouts, Meghan was responsible for leading curriculum development, managing educational budgets, implementing technology innovations, and securing funding through grants and contracts. Meghan also played a key role in the growth and influence of Little Sprouts, representing the company at conferences and maintaining high-level partnerships.

In addition to their work at Little Sprouts, Meghan served as an Adjunct Professor at Cambridge College beginning in 2010, teaching early childhood education courses. Meghan also co-founded Games by Playdate in 2013, where they pursued their entrepreneurial interests in game design and development.
