Eric Kalinsky

Eric Kalinsky has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Eric is currently the Vice President of People and Culture at LL Flooring since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People Operations at goPuff from 2020 to 2021. Eric also held the position of Director of Field Human Resources at GameStop from 2010 to 2019. Before that, Eric was the Director of Human Resources at Tumi from 2008 to 2010 and Director of Human Resources at L'Occitane En Provence from 2006 to 2007. Eric worked as a Manager of Corporate Recruitment and Regional HR Manager at The Children's Place from 2003 to 2006, and as a District HR Manager/Regional Recruiter at Bed Bath and Beyond from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Eric served as an Executive Recruiter at The Recruiting Store from 2007 to 2008 and as an Operations/HR Manager at AMC Theatres from 1998 to 2000.

Eric Kalinsky earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications Media at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating between 1993 and 1997.
