Matt Argano

Matt Argano, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Matt currently serves as the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at LL Flooring, Inc. where they are responsible for overseeing human resources functions for the company's 440+ stores. Prior to this, they held the role of SVP, Human Resources at The Fresh Market, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. Matt is also a Board Trustee at Carolina University.

Matt Argano, Ph.D. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. degree in 2012 from Tennessee Temple University. Matt'sdissertation was on the relationship between leaders' personality traits and organizational commitment. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM, obtained in 2006.
