Molly Higgins

EVP, Community Impact & Engagement at Los Angeles Rams

Molly Higgins is the vice president of community affairs and engagement for the Los Angeles Rams. In her role, Higgins oversees the Rams community outreach efforts and aims to creatively leverage the team's platform to help impact lives and create lasting memories.

After building a strong charitable presence in the St. Louis community that resulted in the Rams being named, "St. Louis Philanthropic Organization of the Year," upon the team's return home to Southern California, Higgins embarked on a listening tour to better understand the needs of the Los Angeles community and determine how the Rams can utilize their unique assets to help address those needs. During this ongoing process, Higgins has established the Rams as a key community partner in Los Angeles.

Among the team's areas of priority, the Rams focus substantial resources to support youth education and mentoring, promoting health and wellness, help address the issues of poverty and celebrate the contributions of the military and veterans. The team also participates in a variety of special events to raise awareness and funding for numerous local non-profits throughout the greater LA region to improve the lives of Angelenos.

One of the hallmarks of the Rams community outreach efforts is the team's staff day of a service program that Higgins and COO, Kevin Demoff, launched in June of 2009. Since then, each month the Rams front office staff has taken time out of the office to volunteer with local non-profits. Since returning to Los Angeles in 2016, Rams staff members have provided more than 9,000 hours of community service and impacted 45 local non-profits and 57 schools. Higgins believes that the staff day of service program provides the front office team members with meaningful firsthand exposure to the challenges faced by many Angelinos, an appreciation for the work that is being done by local non-profits and educators, and a sense of pride and personal investment in the Rams commitment to the betterment of Los Angeles.
