Steve Smith is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the molecular diagnostics field, currently serving as a Sr. Molecular Account Executive at Luminex Corporation, a DiaSorin Company, since April 2013. Notable achievements include multiple President’s Club awards, exceeding sales plans significantly each year, and leading the company with the largest single sale in its history. Prior experience includes roles at Nanosphere as a Clinical Sales Representative, and at Becton Dickinson Infectious Diseases as a Diagnostic Account Executive, where recognition included membership in the National Strategic Account Team of the Year. Earlier career positions were held at Ardus Medical and U.S. Voice & Data. Steve Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University.
