Caroline Norrefeldt

Caroline Norrefeldt has extensive experience in HR operations and business partnering. Caroline currently holds the position of Head of HR Operations at LYKO since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Operations Manager at LYKO from August 2022 to July 2023. Before joining LYKO, Caroline worked as an HR Business Partner at 3 Sverige from April 2019 to August 2022. Caroline also has experience at ISS Facility Services, where they held roles such as HR Business Partner, People & Culture from August 2018 to March 2019, HR Team Lead, People & Culture from February 2018 to August 2018, and HR Koordinator, People & Culture from October 2017 to February 2018. In addition to their HR roles, Caroline has prior experience as a Team Manager at PostNord from August 2013 to August 2014 and at Adlibris as a Team Manager from February 2012 to August 2013, as well as a Customer Service/Team Lead from January 2008 to February 2012. Prior to that, they worked in an educational and sales role as a Hudterapeut at Dermarome, Spa Supply from June 2006 to November 2008.

Caroline Norrefeldt has a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy with a focus on Human Resources from Umeå University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Caroline also holds a diploma in Skin Therapy from St Eriks, earned from 2004 to 2006. In addition, they have pursued studies in Humanities at Stockholm University from 2000 to 2001. Caroline Norrefeldt has obtained certifications such as NLP Business Practitioner from INLPTA - International NLP Trainers Association in 2022 and ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Talent ICP-TAL from ICAgile in 2019.
