Diane Kelly Mitchell

Diane Kelly Mitchell has held various roles in Human Resources since 1996. Diane began their career as a Recruiter with Gartner Group in 1996, followed by an Associate Director role with Modem Media in 1999. In 2004, they joined K2 Resources as a Senior Consultant and Director, where they were responsible for partnering with clients to understand their needs and providing top-caliber candidates. In 2010, they moved to Story Worldwide as Director of Human Resources. In 2014, they became the Head of HR for North America at COFCO Agri, Ltd. In 2018, they joined Philips as an HR Business Partner. In 2019, they were appointed as Head of HR at Beauty Quest Group. In 2020, they became a VP of Human Resources Consultant at Enrollment123, where they were responsible for building out an HR practice from the ground up to support a significant growth trajectory. Finally, in 2022, they joined MTB Metals as VP of People.

Diane Kelly Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fairfield University between 1989 and 1993. In April of 1996, they received a Certified HR Manager certification from Fairfield University. Diane also holds a PHR certification.
