Rocco Minà has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rocco began their career as an Assistant of Quality System responsible at SAMPUTENSILI FRANCE in 1997. Rocco then worked as an Industrialisation Engineer at MICHELIN from 1999 to 2000. After that, they joined IVECO as a Diesel Engine Testing and Application Engineer, where they were responsible for ECU calibration and combustion optimization activities. Rocco later became a Diesel Engine Testing and Application Team Leader at IVECO before joining FPT Industrial as a Diesel Engine Assistant Chief Engineer, where they led quality improvement and cost reduction programs for railway applications.

Rocco Minà then transitioned to Faiveley Transport, where they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects and focusing on profitability improvement. Rocco later became a Project Platform Coordinator at Faiveley Transport.

Minà then joined Valeo, where they held various roles including Site Projects Manager, R&D/Process Platform Program Manager, and Industrial Operation Manager & Cost reduction Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing project teams, developing production systems, and overseeing the industrialization of products.

Most recently, Rocco Minà joined The Manitowoc Company as a Plant Director in 2023.

Rocco Minà obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino from 1991 to 1997, with a score of 108/110. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1991, they completed their Maturitá Scientifica at Liceo Scientifico. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2011, and completed courses on Body Language for Leaders and Creating Great First Impressions from LinkedIn in 2019.
