Matt Bodien has a diverse work experience, starting as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Teach for America from 2010 to 2012. Matt then moved on to work as a Senior Strategist at Egg Strategy - Innovation and Brand Consultancy from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they worked as a Senior Behavioral Researcher at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University from 2017 to 2019. Matt then held varying positions at Egg Strategy, starting as a Senior Strategist from 2019 to 2020, then as an Associate Director from 2020 to 2021, and finally as a Director from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at MarketCast as the VP of Custom Research, starting in 2022.

Matt Bodien attended Upper Arlington High School for their high school education. After graduating from high school, they went on to complete their Bachelor's Degree at Emory University from 2006 to 2010. During their time at Emory University, Matt focused their studies on Economics, Marketing, and Management. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Cognitive and Decision Science at UCL from 2016 to 2017.
