Roy Jenks

Director of Customer Experience at MarketMuse

Roy Jenks has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing and customer experience space since 2005. Roy began their career as a Corporate Trainer for Park House Training in 2005. In 2009, they became the Owner of STAR TEFL TRAINING, an Online Training company for TEFL. In 2014, they created and managed a white-label digital marketing agency, RoyJenks.com, which supplies digital marketing services to agencies and consultants. In 2016, they became Head Of Marketing for VCW Security Ltd, where they created and delivered marketing strategies for their own stable of businesses as well as creating and managing lead generation funnels for 10 IT security vendors. In 2019, they held three roles: Head of Strategy & Delivery at Uniqli, Head of Customer Success & Training at Surfer, and Digital Project Manager at Wonkee Donkee Tools. Roy most recently joined MarketMuse as Director of Customer Experience in 2021.

Roy Jenks attended De Montfort University from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Sports Studies.
