Luciana Lopes is currently the Head of People & Culture at Datatem since October 2022. Prior to that, Luciana worked at LTalents as the Head of Talent Acquisition since September 2019. Luciana has a background in specialized recruitment with a focus on technology and strategic positions within the companies. With experience in talent attraction, employer branding, and implementing recruitment strategies, Luciana has also worked in various HR roles at Materialize, Paraná Banco S/A, Grupo Inlog, and BHS Corrugated South America. Luciana holds a degree in Human Resources Management from UNICURITIBA.
