Sean Vangenderen

Sean VanGenderen, MHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, labor relations, and employee development. Currently serving as the HR Innovation Project Lead for North America at McCain Foods since October 2020, Sean has previously held multiple HR roles at Nestlé and Buitoni Food Company, where significant achievements included a 90% reduction in grievances through effective labor relations management and the development of digital communications systems. Sean's diverse background includes roles in training, recruitment, and program development, bolstered by a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
