Edyta Cieślak

Edyta Cieślak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Senior HR Business Partner at McCormick & Company since October 2018, Edyta provides HR support for Global Shared Services and Global IT functions, focusing on executing People strategies and establishing functional goals. Prior roles include HR Business Partner positions at Arvato Polska, where Edyta developed HR processes for greenfield projects, and East West Spinning, where foundational HR functions were established. Additionally, Edyta has experience in learning and development from Procter & Gamble and training specialization from Enviro. Edyta holds a Magister degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and completed further education at Kozminski University.
