Venu Seenappa

Venu Seenappa is a seasoned professional in the field of molecular genetics and biotechnology, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at MEDGENOME since July 2022. Prior to this role, Venu held managerial positions at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. from November 2018 to July 2022, and served as an Assistant Manager focusing on molecular genetics. Venu's academic career includes tenure as an Assistant Professor at TDU, specializing in cell and molecular biology and functional genomics from June 2017 to October 2018, and a significant research background at Manipal University from December 2009 to April 2017 as a Senior Research Fellow, followed by a Junior Research Fellow. Earlier experience includes a role as a Biochemist at Accura Diagnostics and Healthcare. Venu's educational credentials include a PhD in Biotechnology from the School of Life Sciences, Manipal, along with an MSc in Biotechnology from St. Philomena's College and a BSc in Botany, Biochemistry, and Microbiology from Yuvaraja's College, University of Mysore.
