Kelli Cameron

Kelli Cameron, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kelli currently serves as the Associate Vice President Human Resources - Recruitment at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Senior Director, Faculty & APP Recruitment and the Director of Provider Recruitment & Onboarding at the same institution.

Before joining the Medical College of Wisconsin, Kelli worked as the Director of Talent at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. in 2020. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Director of Physician Recruitment & Retention at Mercy Health System.

Kelli's work experience also includes roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they were the Director of Study Abroad for the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences in 2014, and Blackhawk Technical College, where they served as the Director of College Advancement & Community Relations from 2012 to 2014.

Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Adult Education/Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue University, from 2003 to 2004. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agriculture Education and Extension Education from Iowa State University, earned from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Kelli has obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Recruiting Veterans from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2019.
