Raumond D. Mayo

Raumond D. Mayo, M.A. has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Raumond D. currently works as the Fixed Operations Director at MEI Group since 2022. Previously, they held the role of National Director of Reconditioning at EchoPark Automotive from 2017 to 2022, where they led reconditioning facilities across 10 states and implemented waste-reducing processes to enhance vehicle production and team performance. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Reconditioning Operations and later as the Director of Reconditioning Operations & Fixed Operations at driversselect. In these roles, they oversaw all reconditioning operations and implemented Lean production and continuous improvement measures. Earlier in their career, they worked at CarMax as the Operations Reconditioning Production Manager and held additional roles such as Sustainment Team Member and Chief Hiring Officer. Raumond D. also worked as a General Manager and Area Training Manager at Pep Boys and as a General Manager and District Team Lead at AutoZone. Lastly, they served in the United States Army and the United States Army Reserve as a Communications Specialist. Raumond D. Mayo, M.A., is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (In Progress) with a concentration in Strategic Management from Liberty University. Raumond D. holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Social & Criminal Justice from Ashford University. Additionally, Raumond has obtained an Integral Leadership Program Certificate from the Stagen Leadership Academy.
