Katarina Elezovic has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Katarina started their career as a Recruitment Administrator at Coles Myer in 2005 and later worked as an IT Recruitment Team Lead at Global Consulting Services. In 2007, they joined DFP as a Recruitment Consultant and then moved on to Australian Unity as a Recruitment Manager in 2008. Katarina also worked at Melbourne Airport as a Recruitment Contractor for a short period in 2011. Katarina then took on a role as a Recruitment Manager at the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency, where they developed recruitment policies and processes. Katarina joined AusNet Services in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on maximizing in-house sourcing and talent management data. In 2014, they worked as an HR Consultant - Recruitment at Future Fund, where they developed selection and recruitment models. In 2015, they became a Recruitment Manager at AustralianSuper, and in 2018, they joined Mercy Health Australia as a Group Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, Katarina holds the position of Head of Talent at Mercy Health Australia.
Katarina Elezovic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Organisational Psychology from Victoria University between 2003 and 2005.
