Niels Van Weereld

Niels Van Weereld is the CEO & Board Member of Metamaze, which was acquired by Duco in February 2024. As the Chief Commercial Officer of Metamaze, Niels oversees the AI-driven SaaS platform that helps companies process information from documents. Niels also holds advisory board roles in STEPfix and AUTIMATIC, mentors at Birdhouse, and owns Acceleratr. Prior to their current roles, Niels was VP of Business Development & Marketing at Faktion. Niels has a background in sales, marketing, business development, and innovation from their time at Tecnubel - Transnubel - ECS and Audax - Betapress NV. Their education includes a stint at MIT Sloan School of Management and various other institutions.
