Minal Kathare

Minal Kathare is a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with over a decade of expertise in software development. Currently employed at the Metropolitan Police since August 2019, Minal has also held senior positions at the UK Home Office and has returned to the Metropolitan Police after earlier stints there. Prior experience includes significant roles at CGI and Logica, working with high-profile clients such as the Digital Service Provider, the Ministry of Justice, and the European Space Agency. Minal's career began as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems, followed by positions at Virgin Media, and as a Senior Developer at Springer Science+Business Media. Minal holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Management from the University of Mumbai.
