Colette Stevens

Colette has over 30 years' experience working in professional services. She originally trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, having completed her Maths Degree at Bath University. Colette held senior HR roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in London, before joining Michelmores in 2007.

Colette has a Masters in Organisational and People Development from the highly regarded Roffey Park Institute, and is a qualified coach, having graduated from the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme.

Colette is a commercially focused people professional who combines strong business skills with a passion for enabling organisations and people to thrive. She is responsible for the design and implementation of their people strategy, working closely with the Board and wider senior leadership team.
