Emily Reeve

Emily is a specialist in Restructuring and Insolvency. Her practice focuses primarily on contentious insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners in both a personal and corporate insolvency context. However, she also acts for company directors providing advice on their duties in the event of business failure and she has extensive experience in advising banks in relation to their security position and enforcement options. Emily joined the firm in 2020 having moved from TLT, where she trained and has been recognised as a recommended professional and "One to Watch" in both Legal 500 and Chambers.

Emily works 4 days per week and outside of work lives in Bristol with her family and loves to be outdoors. Her free time is usually spent either dragging her children up hills or swimming, cycling, running or paddleboarding in the local area. Emily feels really fortunate to live in a place that allows her to do all of these things close to home while still having the buzz of living in the city.
