Philip Crowley is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Physics at Michigan State University since August 2025. Prior to this role, Philip held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University from March 2023 to July 2025 and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from September 2020 to February 2023. Philip's earlier experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Boston University from March 2017 to August 2020 and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the A*STAR-Duke-NUS Neurosciences Research Partnership from September 2012 to April 2013. Philip earned a combined BA & MPhys in Physics from the University of Oxford (2008-2012) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from UCL (2013-2017).
