Awn Alharthi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at Binzagr Company in 2015, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined Hertz as a Customer Care Assistant and remained there for a year. Awn then transitioned to SGS - Saudi Ground Services, starting as a Customer Care Support Analyst in 2018 before being promoted to Senior Customer Specialist in 2019. Awn also served as the Vice President at Heraa Sport Club under the Ministry of Sport from 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Care at SGS - Saudi Ground Services since 2021.

Awn Alharthi completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2012 to 2014.
