Britt Mills has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and customer experience. Britt is currently serving as the Vice President of CX at Mobiquity Inc since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director of CX from August 2020 to April 2022, and Director of CX from October 2019 to August 2020. Before joining Mobiquity Inc, Britt worked at Nervewire as the Vice President of Client Solutions from February 2012 to April 2014. In addition, they have also held various positions in companies like Aqua Blue Interactive and Grand Central Solutions as a Digital Manager. Throughout their career, Britt has successfully led and implemented digital marketing strategies, created frameworks for new service offerings, and worked with renowned clients.

Britt Mills began their education in 2006 at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing. They attended the university from 2006 to 2008. In 2019, Britt Mills obtained a certification in UX Management with a specialty in UX from the Nielsen Norman Group. Following that, in 2020, they received another certification called "Forrester Mastering Customer Experiences Certified" from Forrester. In 2021, they completed multiple certifications from Forrester, including "Forrester CX Management Certified," "Forrester CJM Certified (Customer Journey Mapping)," "Forrester Innovating CX Certified," and "Forrester Leading w/ Customer Obsession Certified." Finally, in the same year, Britt Mills enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and pursued a Disruptive Strategy Specialization.
