Senior Customer Support Agent at ModSquad

Álvaro Bernart has a strong background in customer support roles. Álvaro began their career as a Customer Support Agent at 5CA in May 2020, where they worked on several high-profile gaming industry projects, including Epic Games and Psyonix. Álvaro directed efforts to Customer Support following client guidelines and consistently achieved targets for satisfaction ratings and performance awards. Álvaro gained experience with Helpshift, Zendesk, and Dixa CRM platforms, working in chat and email channels. In 2021, they joined MoGi Group as a Customer Support Agent and continued in that role until August 2022. Álvaro then moved on to ModSquad, starting as a Customer Support Agent in July 2022 and quickly advancing to the position of Senior Customer Support Agent in December 2022.

Álvaro Bernart is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science at UCS - University of Caxias do Sul. Prior to this, they also attended UCS where they studied Bachelor's degree in Comunicação, with a focus on Journalism.
