Paige Leahy

Paige Leahy has a diverse range of work experience that spans several industries and roles. Paige is currently working at MongoDB as a Senior Technical Success Manager, where they advocate for customers and ensures their success through various activities such as onboarding, product enablement, feedback, and project management. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, where they supported global enterprises and received recognition for their achievements.

Before joining MongoDB, Paige worked at NI (National Instruments) in various roles. Paige served as a Technical Support Engineering Group Manager, leading and developing a team of engineers and creating communication platforms. Paige also held the position of ELP Foundations Supervisor, where they ran an onboarding program for graduate engineers. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting test and measurement customers, and as a Technical Support Team Leader, supervising a team of engineers.

Paige's earlier work experience includes managing the tasting room and sales for Riverwalk Brewing Company and working as a Lead Tutor at the Engineering Tutoring Center. At the tutoring center, they not only provided tutoring services but also facilitated staff meetings and ran training sessions. Paige also had internship experiences at KARL STORZ Endovision and at the Labor für Biomechanik und Implantatforschung, Universitätsklinik Heidelberg, where they conducted research on joint replacements and performed analysis.

As an undergraduate at Tufts University, Paige worked as an Undergraduate Researcher, gaining research experience. Overall, Paige Leahy has a strong background in customer success, technical support, management, research, and tutoring.

Paige Leahy has a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in German Studies from the University of Connecticut. Paige also studied Germanistik im Kulturvergleich at Heidelberg University. Prior to their university education, they attended Pentucket Regional Senior High School.
