Carolyn Au has a diverse work experience in HR and people management roles. Carolyn is currently an Associate Director of Global Compensation & Benefits at MorphoSys, where they lead HR systems and operations projects and collaborates with stakeholders to implement a Global HRIS. Carolyn'sresponsibilities include improving HR processes, managing global mobility activities, and supporting HR budgeting and Long-Term Incentive Plan programs.

Previously, Carolyn worked at Liberty Global, where they held multiple roles. As a People Services Manager, they led an international team and focused on operational efficiencies and process improvements. In their role as a Reward and People Policy Governance Manager, they managed benefits in the Netherlands and the UK, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Before that, they served as a Performance, Quality & Knowledge Specialist and a Human Resources Advisor/Case Manager, where they developed people management strategies, provided HR advisory services, and addressed employee concerns.

Earlier in their career, Carolyn worked as a PA to VP level HR professionals at Liberty Global, providing administrative support and managing stakeholder relationships. Carolyn also gained experience as a Procurement Intern at D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753, where they were responsible for supplier base management and optimizing business systems and processes.

Carolyn Au completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications at Webster Leiden Campus from 2007 to 2011. Carolyn then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management & Leadership at the same institution from 2011 to 2017. In 2011, they also briefly studied the Dutch Language at the University of Amsterdam.
