Nancy Thomson PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles. Nancy is currently the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at MorphoSys. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, where they used RNA interference technology to develop RNAi therapies for rare and common diseases. Nancy also worked as the Human Resources Leader for Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Kaminario, a data platform company. Nancy served as the Human Resources Director at Cutler Associates, a construction firm, and as the Interim North American Human Resources Director at Kaminario, where they provided strategic HR consulting to global business leaders. Nancy has also worked as the Human Resources Director at Blue Cod Technologies, the Regional Payroll Manager & Human Resources Generalist at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and the Benefits Specialist at Iris Associates/IBM. Nancy began their career as a Human Resources and Benefits Specialist at the American Cancer Society and worked in HR contract roles at Boston Scientific and Babson College.

Nancy Thomson PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse education history. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Harvard University as a Masters Candidate in General Management. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1986, they studied at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Nancy Thomson has also obtained certifications in the field of human resources. Nancy obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012. Furthermore, in May 2015, they attained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
