Philipp Geiler

Philipp Geiler, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the fields of compensation, benefits, and human resources. Philipp is currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits at MorphoSys. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson from October 2019 to May 2022. Before joining Willis Towers Watson, they held the position of Associate Professor at EMLYON Business School from September 2012 to August 2019. In addition, they served as a Visiting Fellow at Cornell University ILR School in March 2019. Philipp also worked as a Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from April 2015 to September 2015. Philipp started their career as a Recognised Student at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in October 2009.

Philipp Geiler, Ph.D. began their education journey in 2005 when they enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Philipp completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Economics & Business Studies in 2006.

In 2006, they continued their academic pursuits at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Finance, General in 2008.

Following this, Philipp Geiler, Ph.D. pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Finance, General at Tilburg University from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their academic degrees, Philipp Geiler, Ph.D. obtained a certification in Total Rewards Management from WorldatWork in May 2023.
