Amit Chandrakar

Amit Chandrakar has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles.

From 2022 to present, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at Mosa Meat.

From 2018 to 2022, Amit worked at MERLN Institute for Technology-Inspired Regenerative Medicine, where they played a key role in the product development and optimization of the Melt Electrospinning Writing System.

In 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at PROFACTOR GmbH, responsible for designing mechanical parts and integrating a Machine Vision system into a composites filament winding process test setup.

Amit also completed a Master Thesis at Ecole Centrale Nantes in 2016, where they developed an integrated method to support the reassembly of fragmented objects.

In 2014, they completed a Bachelor Thesis at Bhilai Institute of Technology, focusing on the design and construction of a self-stabilizing platform using a dual-axis accelerometer.

Amit gained internship experience at Simplex Castings Limited in 2013, where they designed mechanical products and observed processes on a daily basis.

Amit also completed an internship at Steel Authority of India Limited in 2012, where they assisted in inspection and maintenance, developed 2D drawings, and manufactured small parts.

Amit Chandrakar holds a Master's degree in Applied Mechanics from Ecole centrale de Nantes, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Amit has also obtained a certification as an AutoCAD 2012 Certified Associate from Autodesk in October 2012.
