Gene Lepage

Gene Lepage has extensive work experience in quality and information technology roles. Gene most recently served as the Vice President of Quality & Information Technology at Mott Corporation, where they have been employed since February 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Quality & Information Technology at Mott Corporation from February 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Mott Corporation, Gene worked at GE Power as the Global Quality Leader, HRSG Growth Team from November 2015 to February 2018. Preceding their time at GE Power, they were the Head of Quality & EHS, GAS North America at ALSTOM Power Systems from February 2007 to October 2015.

Their work experience also includes roles at Jarvis Airfoil, Inc. as the Quality Improvement Manager from September 2005 to February 2007, and at Integra-Cast, Inc. as the Quality Manager from July 1985 to June 2005. Gene started their career in the United States Air Force as a C-5 Galixy Crew Chief from July 1981 to July 1985.

Gene Lepage's education history includes attending the University of Connecticut Institute of Materials Science from 1988 to 1990.
