Fabien Kabongo

Fabien Kabongo began their work experience in 2003 as a Corenetwork Engineer at ZAIN DRC. Fabien then moved on to roles as an NSS Engineer at Celtel, Celtel DRC, and Celtel RDC from 2004 to 2007.
